This Policy explains how Rentix uses cookies, browser storage, caching, and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What these technologies are

A cookie is a small value a browser sends to a site. Browser storage may keep preferences or temporary feature data, while caching can keep site resources for speed and resilience. External providers may use similar technologies.

Some values are personal data on their own or when combined with an IP address, account, and usage events.

2. Essential technologies

These support requested features, security, and preferences and work independently of analytics or campaign measurement.

  • a sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 730 days, but is removed on sign-out and may stop working sooner;
  • a random browser identifier supports views, anonymous subscriptions, notifications, and abuse controls for up to five years;
  • favorites and your privacy choice remain until they are synchronized, changed, or browser data is cleared;
  • search, region, and display preferences may remain for the browser session or for up to one year;
  • temporary browser storage may keep a listing draft and feature state until the tab or session ends;
  • caches may temporarily keep site resources and public content until they are updated or browser data is cleared.

Actual storage may be shorter if you clear browser data, sign out, or a feature no longer needs the value.

3. Maps and abuse protection

Google Maps, Places, and Static Maps load for map display, place search, geocoding, or routes. Google may receive an IP address, browser and device data, coordinates, the search, and its own identifiers. We may also use external geocoding providers for address search and verification; they receive the submitted address or coordinates.

Google reCAPTCHA protects sign-in, forms, uploads, and reports. It may load early to assess signals of automated abuse and may use Google technologies. Maps and reCAPTCHA are essential for the requested feature and security; analytics and campaign-measurement settings do not disable them.

Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.

4. Analytics

Rentix may use Google Analytics to measure visits, pages, and actions, evaluate features, and identify problems.

Google Analytics may load when the site opens and may use its own cookies and identifiers. The provider sets their names and lifetimes and may change them over time.

5. Advertising campaign measurement

  • Meta Pixel may measure visits and events to evaluate Rentix campaigns on external platforms;
  • Rentix may temporarily keep campaign source information, usually until the tab closes.

These technologies may load when the site opens and may use provider identifiers. They do not display advertising on Rentix. After settings are changed, data already received by an external provider is handled under its rules and applicable law.

6. Changing your choice

If the “Privacy settings” button is available in the site footer, use it to change your analytics and campaign-measurement choices. Changes apply to future use.

You may also remove cookies and site data in your browser. This can sign you out, remove favorites and drafts, reset preferences, and create a new anonymous identifier. Blocking all browser storage may prevent core features from working.

7. Updates and contact

We update this Policy when technologies or providers change. The current version is published with its update date.
