No, you can search and view properties without registration. However, an account allows you to sync favorite listings across devices.

Click the button in the top right corner and create an account. You can register using email, phone number, or through Google.

You can start creating a listing without registration — just click "Post a Listing" and follow the instructions. An account will be automatically created based on the contact information provided. Add photos, description, and contacts — your listing will appear in search results within a few minutes.

Yes, you can change your listing at any time in your profile. All changes are immediately reflected on the site.

Listings are active for 30 days. You'll receive a notification 3 days before expiry. After expiry, the listing can be reactivated for free.

Most likely the listing has expired (30-day limit). Open it in your profile and click "Republish" — it will become active again.

Search subscriptions let you get notified when new listings matching your criteria appear. To subscribe, click the bell icon on the search page after applying filters. You can receive notifications via email, push notifications, and on the website.

It depends on the frequency you choose. With instant notifications, you'll be notified within approximately 15 minutes after a matching listing is published. If multiple listings match in a short period, they are grouped into a single notification. You can also choose daily or weekly digest.

Notifications are not sent between 22:00 and 08:00. They will arrive in the morning.

Go to My Subscriptions to view all your active subscriptions. From there you can edit filters, change notification frequency, pause, extend, or delete subscriptions. Each subscription is active for 3 months and can be extended at any time.

We protect the platform from unwanted actions using Google reCAPTCHA and other bot protection mechanisms. All listing creators specify and confirm their phone numbers, which helps increase trust and security.

If you encounter a suspicious listing or user, contact us. We will carefully review the report and take necessary measures.
