Text Search

Just type what you're looking for — the system will understand and show matching listings. Examples: "2-bedroom near a park under €350", "apartment with balcony in Botanica", "house with garage under €800". You can write in Russian, Romanian, or English.

Search Near an Address

Specify a street or location — results will be sorted by distance from it. For example: "near Pushkin St." or "by the Central Park". Useful when location matters most.

Filters

Narrow your search by price, number of rooms, property type, availability date, and other parameters. Filters work together with text search.

Based on your current criteria, the system suggests refinement parameters — narrow your search with one tap, no manual setup needed.

If your selected filters return few results — the system shows close matches: listings that meet most but not all criteria. So you don't miss a suitable option.
