These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Rentix platform. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

General Provisions

By accepting these Terms of Use, you enter into an agreement with Rentix Studio S.R.L., located at str. Alba-Iulia 21, of. 1, Chișinău, Moldova, for the purpose of using the Rentix real estate platform.

Rentix is an online platform for searching, posting, and managing real estate listings in Moldova. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rentix Studio S.R.L. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

User Account

To use all features of the Rentix platform, you need to create an account. Your account provides access to posting listings, managing properties, and interacting with other users.

Registration Requirements

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information is mandatory
• Each user may have only one active account
• Phone number verification is required to complete registration

Account Security

• Creating a secure password and updating it regularly
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Immediately reporting any unauthorized access
• Notifying support service about suspicious activities

User Types

• Single account type for all users
• Users independently indicate their status (owner, agent, developer)
• The ability to post listings is available to all registered users

Account Management

• Ability to update profile information at any time
• Account deletion upon request via email support@rentix.md
• Some data may be retained to comply with legal requirements

Permitted Use

The Rentix platform is intended for legal searching, posting, and managing real estate listings. All users are required to follow the following usage rules.

• Searching for suitable real estate properties
• Communicating with other users on real estate matters
• Exchanging information about real estate

Usage Recommendations

• Providing truthful and accurate information
• Respectful communication with all users
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the privacy of other users

Usage Restrictions

• Commercial use only through official rates
• Prohibition of using automated systems without permission
• Inadmissibility of creating excessive load on the system
• Prohibition of attempts to breach platform security
• Inadmissibility of interfering with other users' work

User Content

All content posted by users on the Rentix platform must meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and legality.

Content Ownership Rights

• Users retain all ownership rights to their original content
• Posting content grants Rentix a license to use and display it
• Responsibility for content legality and accuracy lies with the user
• Right to delete or modify own content at any time

Types of Permitted Content

• Real estate sale and rental listings
• High-quality photos of real estate properties
• Detailed descriptions of property characteristics
• Messages between users on real estate matters

Content Quality Standards

• Providing only accurate and verified information
• Using original content or content with permission
• Content relevance to real estate topics
• Timeliness and relevance of information
• Compliance with all applicable copyright laws

License Conditions

• By posting content, you grant Rentix a non-exclusive license to display content on the platform
• Distribution within the scope of service provision
• Formatting for optimal display
• Providing access to other users

Violation Processing

• We respond to complaints about content that violates rules
• Content that violates rules will be removed
• Inappropriate content can be reported via email support@rentix.md

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Rentix platform and may result in immediate termination of account access.

Types of Prohibited Listings

• Posting false or non-existent listings
• Duplicating one listing multiple times
• Misleading about property characteristics
• Advertising illegal activities or dubious schemes
• Discriminatory listings based on any criteria

Types of Prohibited Activities

• Harassment, threats, or insulting other users
• Sending unwanted messages or spam content
• Fraud, deception, or misleading
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Manipulating search results

Prohibited Content

• Materials of sexual or pornographic nature
• Content promoting violence or cruelty
• Materials inciting hatred or hostility
• Malicious software, viruses, or other security threats
• Content violating third-party copyrights

Prohibited Commercial Activities

• Conducting real estate activities without appropriate licenses
• Pyramid schemes and network marketing
• Money laundering and other financial crimes
• Tax evasion

Technical Violations

• Automated data collection without permission
• DDoS attacks and other attempts to disrupt service
• Searching for and exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineering of platform software

Enforcement Measures

Violation of any of the mentioned rules entails enforcement measures:

• Immediate removal of violating content
• Investigation of violation circumstances
• Cooperation with law enforcement when necessary
• Possible civil or criminal liability

Platform Moderation

Right to Moderate Listings

• Rentix reserves the right to remove, hide, or restrict the availability of any listing at any time at its sole discretion
• Removal of a listing does not require prior notice to the user and does not obligate Rentix to explain the reason for the decision
• The right of moderation applies to all types of content: listings, photos, descriptions, contact details
• The removal of a listing does not give rise to any claim for compensation or other claims by the user

Right to Restrict Access

• Rentix may at any time restrict a user's access to certain features or sections of the platform without prior notice
• Access restriction may be applied as a temporary measure during a review or investigation
• Restriction of access to some features does not constitute termination of the agreement and does not obligate Rentix to explain the grounds for the decision

Right to Block Accounts

• Rentix may block or delete a user's account at its sole discretion without providing a reason and without prior notice
• The block may be temporary or permanent depending on circumstances assessed exclusively by Rentix
• A user whose account has been blocked may not create new accounts without Rentix's explicit permission
• Blocking an account does not give rise to claims for damages, as use of the platform is free of charge

General Moderation Provisions

• Rentix moderates the platform independently and may establish standards for content quality, accuracy, and compliance at its own discretion
• Moderation decisions may be based on user reports, automated checks, manual review, or other factors
• Rentix is not obligated to disclose its moderation methods, criteria, or algorithms
• Users may contact support at support@rentix.md to inquire about decisions made regarding their account — Rentix will review the request but is not obligated to reverse its decision

Platform Usage

Free Access

• All basic platform features are available for free
• Searching and viewing listings without restrictions
• Posting listings for free with platform technical limitations
• Communication between users is free

Future Possibilities

• The platform may introduce additional paid services in the future
• Any changes to the monetization model will be announced in advance
• Basic functions will remain free
• Platform feature usage limits may be modified or supplemented in the future depending on technical and organizational factors
• Users will be notified about new paid features before their introduction

Intellectual Property

The Rentix platform and all associated technologies, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws of the Republic of Moldova and international agreements.

Platform Rights

• All rights to software, design, and functionality belong to Rentix
• Trademarks, logos, and corporate style are Rentix property
• Copyrights to all platform materials are protected by law
• Trade secrets and algorithms constitute confidential information
• Users are granted a limited license to use the platform

User Content Rights

• Users retain ownership rights to their original content
• Content posting grants Rentix necessary rights for its display
• Users guarantee the legality of posted content
• Obligation to compensate damages from third-party rights violations

Third-Party Content

• Respecting third-party intellectual property rights
• Use only with permission from rights holders
• User responsibility for violating third-party rights
• Content removal procedure based on rights holder complaints

Copyright Violation Complaint Processing Procedure

• We will review your complaint and take appropriate measures
• If necessary, content will be removed
• Systematic violations may lead to account blocking

Violation Reporting

• Procedure for reporting alleged intellectual property violations:
  • Clear indication of violated rights and disputed content
  • Providing complainant's contact information
  • Good faith statement of the complaint
  • Confirmation of provided information accuracy

Usage Limitations

• Prohibition of modifying or altering the platform
• Inadmissibility of copying platform elements to create competing services
• Inadmissibility of commercial use of our technologies without permission
• Prohibition of creating derivative works based on the platform

Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting your privacy is a priority for Rentix. We collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and best practices.

Communication Standards

• Respectful attitude towards all platform participants
• Maintaining professional tone in correspondence
• Communication only on real estate-related topics
• Timely response to requests and messages
• Respecting other users' privacy

Transaction Conduct

• Good faith behavior in all transactions
• Compliance with reached agreements
• Timely fulfillment of financial obligations
• Maintaining proper transaction documentation
• Constructive resolution of arising disputes

Legal Compliance

• Compliance with all applicable laws of the Republic of Moldova
• Obtaining necessary licenses for commercial activity
• Payment of all due taxes and fees
• Following industry norms and standards
• Compliance with local rules and restrictions

Consequences of Rule Violations

When violating platform rules we may:

Warranties and Disclaimer

The Rentix platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

Service Warranties

• The platform is provided without quality or fitness warranties
• Continuous service availability is not guaranteed
• Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in operation are possible
• We do not provide warranties for third-party services
• Technical interruptions for maintenance are possible

Content Warranty Disclaimer

• User content accuracy is not guaranteed
• Completeness of information in listings is not guaranteed
• Timeliness of published information is not guaranteed
• All user content is published under the author's responsibility
• Not all data undergoes complete verification

Real Estate Warranty Disclaimer

• We do not provide warranties regarding real estate condition
• Legal status of objects is not guaranteed
• Fitness for specific purposes is not guaranteed
• Independent real estate evaluation is recommended

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rentix's liability is limited by the following conditions:

Damage Compensation by Users

• Users undertake to compensate Rentix for damages resulting from:
  • Violation of platform terms of use
  • Illegally posted content or content violating rights
  • Inappropriate behavior on the platform
  • Third-party claims related to user actions
  • Coverage of legal defense expenses

Real Estate Liability

• Absence of liability for physical condition of objects
• Absence of liability for real estate safety
• Absence of liability for compliance with norms
• Absence of liability for property damage
• Absence of liability for bodily injury

Technical Limitations

• The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance
• Malfunctions due to internet or server problems are possible
• We try to minimize operational interruptions
• We will warn about planned work in advance when possible

Termination

These Terms of Use remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions set forth below.

User Termination

• You may cease using the platform at any time
• To delete your account contact support@rentix.md
• After deletion your listings will be removed from publication
• We recommend completing all active negotiations

Company Termination

• Right to terminate access at own discretion
• Prior notice when possible
• Immediate termination in case of serious violations
• Termination without obligation to provide a reason
• Access suspension during investigation

Grounds for Termination

• Violation of platform terms of use
• Participation in illegal activities
• Fraud or deceiving other users
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Systematic rule violations

Termination Consequences

• Immediate loss of access to account and all functions
• Deletion or hiding of user content
• Limitation of access to personal data
• Removal of all active listings from publication
• Cessation of receiving notifications and messages

Survival of Provisions

The following provisions continue to apply after agreement termination:

• Liability limitations and warranty disclaimers
• Damage compensation obligations
• Intellectual property rights
• Dispute resolution procedures
• General provisions about applicable law

Account Restoration

• To restore account contact support@rentix.md
• Each case is examined individually
• Restoration is possible upon violation elimination
• Serious violations may exclude restoration

Data Processing After Termination

• Data retention according to legal requirements
• Personal data deletion upon retention period expiration
• Data retention to comply with legal obligations
• Backup data is deleted in ordinary course
• For data export contact support@rentix.md before account deletion

Additional Aspects

• When violating rules the account is blocked without possibility of creating a new one
• We are not responsible for incomplete transactions between users

Terms Modification

Rentix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use with compliance to established notification and effective date procedures.

Right to Modify

• Modifying terms at company's own discretion
• Modifications to improve services, comply with laws, or business needs
• Possibility of modifying any provisions of these terms
• Limiting frequency of modifications within reasonable limits

Modification Notification

• Prior notification 30 days before effective date
• Upon entering the site after modifications you will see a notification
• Updated terms are always available on the platform
• We recommend periodically checking terms of use

Accepting Modifications

• Continued platform use means agreement with modifications
• Modifications take effect on the indicated date
• New terms become binding for all users
• Agreement is considered obtained in absence of objections

Refusing Modifications

• Current version of terms is always available on the site
• Date of last update is indicated at the beginning of the document
• You will be notified of modifications
• Continued use means agreement

Emergency Modifications

In exceptional cases modifications may take effect immediately:

• Immediate effect in case of security threats
• Modifications to eliminate critical vulnerabilities

Dispute Resolution

Rentix strives for fair and efficient resolution of all disputes that may arise between the company and platform users.

Informal Dispute Resolution

• First resort to support service for dispute resolution
• Contact through official customer support channels
• Detailed description of dispute essence and desired outcome
• Allowing 30 days for informal resolution attempt
• Good faith efforts to reach mutually acceptable solution

Serious Dispute Resolution

• For serious disputes the laws of the Republic of Moldova apply
• Jurisdiction of courts in the city of Chisinau
• We strive to resolve all issues peacefully through support

Arbitration Exceptions

• Disputes regarding intellectual property rights violations
• Requests for injunctive relief and urgent measures
• Cases falling under peace court jurisdiction
• Disputes involving government agencies

Applicable Law

• Regulation by the laws of the Republic of Moldova
• Jurisdiction of courts in the city of Chisinau for exceptional cases
• Exclusion of private international law norms
• Applicability of international conventions when necessary

Statute of Limitations

• Term for filing claims  1 year from dispute occurrence
• Term calculation from discovery moment or possibility of discovery
• Waiver of claims upon exceeding established term
• Compliance with minimum terms established by law

Severability of Provisions

Invalidity of separate provisions does not affect the rest of the agreement:

• Execution of valid provisions in full volume
• Preservation of force of other terms upon partial invalidity
• Possible modification of invalid provisions
• Preservation of parties' original intention

Disputes Between Users

• Rentix is not a party to disputes between platform users
• We can help resolve disputes between users if both parties contact us
• Cooperation in providing information when necessary
• User responsibility for independent dispute resolution
