Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the Rentix website, applications, and features (the “Platform”). Please read them before using the Platform.

1. Provider and scope

The Platform provider is Rentix Studio S.R.L., IDNO 1025600049249, with its registered office at MD-2051, str. Alba-Iulia 21, of. 1, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova (“Rentix”, “we”, or “us”).

These Terms apply to browsing and searching information, the parking map and directory, listings, accounts, inaccuracy reports, and other current or future Rentix features. Separate published terms for a particular feature or paid option supplement these Terms; if they conflict, the specific terms prevail only for that feature.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them to the extent that such agreement is recognized by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform. Mandatory consumer rights and any other rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.

2. Rentix's role

Rentix provides a digital information platform and technical tools. Rentix is not and does not act as a seller, landlord, tenant, real estate broker, agent, or representative of any user, an owner or manager of an advertised property, a municipal or state authority, or a licensing or supervisory body.

Rentix is not a party to negotiations, bookings, leases, sales, parking arrangements, payments, or any other transaction between users and third parties. Unless a specific check expressly says otherwise, we do not verify a party's identity, authority, title, documents, ability to pay, or intentions.

Users and third parties act independently and bear the responsibility assigned to them by law for their statements, content, decisions, and transactions. Publication, ranking, moderation, or a decision not to remove information does not mean that Rentix recommends or endorses it or assumes the author's obligations.

Parking facilities

Rentix is not and does not act as the owner, operator, or manager of any parking facility, a municipal parking service, an authorization body, a recipient of parking fees, a payment agent, or a payment intermediary. Rentix does not set entry rules, access, safety measures, space availability, opening hours, tariffs, payment methods, penalties, or other parking terms, and does not accept parking payments.

As of July 15, 2026, Rentix has no contracts, partnerships, endorsements, or affiliations with the owners or operators of parking facilities included in the directory. A parking name, trademark, photograph, location, or description is used to identify an informational record and does not by itself indicate cooperation, permission, certification, or recommendation.

Parking information may be compiled by Rentix from public sources, observations made on site, user reports, and official databases where available. A source being public or a place appearing on a map does not establish an operator's authority, the legality of the parking facility, or a right to use it at a particular time.

“Open now” is calculated from the published schedule and time; it does not confirm actual access. “Tariffs” refers only to the displayed informational data and is not an offer by Rentix, a price guarantee, or confirmation of the amount an operator may charge.

Listings and transactions

Listings and messages are generally created by users or supplied by third parties. Rentix does not guarantee the existence, availability, condition, size, address, price, or legal status of a property, the identity of the author, the authenticity of documents, or the author's right to sell, rent, or advertise it.

Any arrangement or payment is made at the user's own risk directly with the chosen counterparty. Rentix does not hold deposits, guarantee settlement, or answer for the conduct of transaction parties, except where mandatory law expressly makes Rentix responsible for its own conduct.

3. Information sources and limits of checks

The Platform contains two distinct categories of material: information compiled by Rentix from available sources, including the parking directory, and user content posted or transmitted at a user's request. The source and the extent of available checks differ between these categories.

We may use automated moderation, AI analysis, photo and video checks, manual or on-site reviews, comparisons with public or official databases, and reports from users. These measures can reduce particular risks but cannot identify every error, forgery, violation, or change in circumstances.

Moderation, an automated or AI check, an on-site check, an official-database comparison, appearance on a map, or the absence of complaints does not prove that information is lawful, authorized, safe, accurate, or current. No such check or label is a licence, government authorization, legal review, or Rentix guarantee.

4. Your duty to verify independently

Before making a decision, travelling to a location, entering a parking facility, sharing documents, signing an agreement, or paying, you must independently verify material facts with a person entitled to confirm them. Do not rely only on a card, map, label, photograph, automated status, or another user's message.

In particular, you must independently check:

• signs, markings, restrictions, actual opening hours and access, safety, and space availability at the location;
• the parking owner's or operator's authority, rules, tariffs, payment methods, refunds, and penalties;
• the property, owner or representative, documents, registries, encumbrances, condition, availability, and price;
• the counterparty's identity, authority, and reliability, and the agreement before signing it;
• the lawfulness of your own conduct and any permits, taxes, or other duties that apply.

Do not transfer money or hand over original documents until you have adequately checked the recipient, the basis for payment, and refund terms. If life, health, or property is at risk, contact emergency services and the competent authorities rather than relying on a Rentix form.

5. Access and accounts

Public information may be viewed and good-faith inaccuracy or violation reports may be submitted without an account. You must be at least 18 years old to register, create or use an account, publish a listing, or publish other content through account-based features; a verified phone number may also be required for some features. If Rentix reliably learns that an account holder is under 18, Rentix may restrict or close the account and review the related processing as required by law.

You must provide accurate information, must not impersonate another person, and must not transfer an account to evade restrictions. You are responsible, to the extent provided by law, for actions taken through your account. Tell us if your account is being used without your permission.

6. User content and rights

User assurances

When uploading or sending a listing, photo, video, description, message, review, or other material, you represent that:

• the information is truthful, sufficiently complete, not misleading, and updated when material facts change;
• you have a lawful basis to publish the property, offer, and contact details;
• you own the material or have obtained every licence, consent, and permission needed for it;
• publication does not infringe copyright, related rights, trademarks, privacy, reputation, or other rights;
• any depicted person or private property is used with the required consent, and personal data is disclosed lawfully and only as necessary;
• the material and related offer comply with the law, these Terms, and the actual circumstances.

You retain your rights in original user content. Rentix does not acquire ownership of it and does not restrict an author's inalienable moral rights.

Licence needed to operate the Platform

While the content remains available, and for a reasonable period required for technical backups and mandatory retention, you grant Rentix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, cache, reproduce, format, adapt for devices, translate, display, distribute, and promote the content solely to provide, secure, moderate, and promote the Platform and the relevant listing.

Rentix may sublicense those rights only to infrastructure, processing, search, and moderation providers and distribution channels that need them for these purposes. The licence ends after deletion, except for copies temporarily retained in backup systems, report-handling evidence, or as required by law. You are responsible for obtaining rights sufficient to grant this licence.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Platform only lawfully, in good faith, and for its intended purposes. You must:

• respect the rights, safety, and privacy of other people;
• provide accurate information and correct known material errors;
• use contact details only for the purpose of the relevant feature;
• follow applicable rules on advertising, consumer protection, property, parking, taxes, and personal data;
• follow reasonable technical limits and published feature rules;
• use automated access only with Rentix's prior written permission;
• cooperate with a reasonable investigation of a suspected violation without disclosing unnecessary data;
• perform your own contractual and legal obligations to third parties.

8. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not publish or transmit material, or use the Platform, for:

• false, fictitious, duplicate, illegal, or materially misleading listings or offers;
• fraud, phishing, money laundering, sanctions evasion, evasion of mandatory payments, or other illegal activity;
• offering property, parking, services, or rights that you are not authorized to dispose of;
• infringement of intellectual property, confidentiality, personal data, privacy, or image rights;
• threats, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, hatred, violence, or sexual or other prohibited content;
• malicious code, vulnerability exploitation, or interference with the security or operation of the Platform;
• unauthorized data collection, bulk requests, or bypassing reCAPTCHA, quotas, blocks, or other safeguards;
• spam, unsolicited advertising, or manipulation of rankings, search, reports, or metrics;
• creating an account or publishing on behalf of another person without authority;
• unauthorized access to accounts, data, administrative features, or infrastructure;
• removing rights notices, copying the Platform, or reverse engineering except where mandatory law expressly permits it;
• assisting any of the conduct listed above or concealing its origin.

9. Moderation and enforcement

Rentix may review content before or after publication. For content stored at a user's request, these Terms do not create a contractual duty to continuously monitor every item. This does not treat records compiled by Rentix as user-hosted content or displace any duty imposed by law. To the extent permitted by law, we may request information, limit visibility, correct information compiled by Rentix, reject, hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend or close an account, and preserve necessary evidence.

A decision may be based on automated signals, AI analysis, manual review, user reports, information from a rightsholder or authority, and risk assessment. A review is not legal due diligence and cannot guarantee detection of every violation; taking no action does not mean that Rentix endorses the content.

We may notify the user of an action and provide a contact route when required by law or reasonably practicable. Rentix may disclose information to a competent authority or comply with a binding order to the extent required by law.

10. Reports and legal notices

If information is inaccurate, a parking facility may be unauthorized, content infringes rights, or a safety risk exists, use the available “Report inaccurate information” action or a channel on the Contacts page. Identify the item and reason, and provide only necessary information; do not submit identity documents, medical information, or third-party data unless genuinely required. Submit reports in good faith and do not knowingly send false, misleading, or abusive reports.

The quick in-product form helps us receive and assess an issue promptly, but does not automatically replace a formal legal notice or order for which the law prescribes a particular form and content. This distinction does not deprive an electronic communication of any legal effect given to it by applicable law and does not limit the powers of a court or public authority.

Where the statutory notice procedure applies to information stored at a user's request, an interested person may send an original written notice to Rentix's registered office. Where required by law, it should include:

• the date, a declaration made on the notifying party's own responsibility that the specific information is unlawful, and a request to remove it or block access;
• for an individual, full name, home address, citizenship, date and place of birth, and workplace;
• for a legal entity, full name, legal form, registered office, and the full name of its administrator or manager;
• Rentix's name and registered address as the recipient;
• a precise description of the disputed facts and the information's location on the Platform;
• the reasons for removal or blocking and evidence supporting the alleged facts;
• a copy of prior correspondence with the author or editor, or evidence that the author could not be contacted.

A court or authorized public authority may issue a written order through the procedure established by law. To speed up handling, please also email a copy of a formal document to support@rentix.md, but an email copy does not replace an original where the law requires one. Rentix may ask for clarification and will act within the time and process required by applicable law.

11. Third-party services and links

The Platform may display maps, images, links, contact details, payment instructions, or features supplied by third parties. Rentix does not control those providers and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or data practices; the provider's own terms apply.

Following a link, appearing on a map, or compatibility with a feature does not indicate endorsement, partnership, or warranty. Before using a third-party service, check its operator, terms, price, and privacy policy.

12. Rentix intellectual property

The Platform's software, interface, design, databases and data structure, logos, texts, and other materials belong to Rentix or are lawfully used by it, except for content clearly identified as user or third-party content. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform as intended.

You must not copy, sell, license, create a derivative service from, or commercially exploit protected elements without written permission, except where mandatory law expressly allows it. Reference to a third-party sign does not transfer rights in it to Rentix or imply a relationship with its owner.

Rentix may restrict or close the account of a user who repeatedly infringes intellectual property or other rights, taking account of the circumstances and any mandatory procedure.

13. Availability, changes, and additional features

The Platform is provided in the form available at the relevant time. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or indefinite operation, continued availability of every feature, or compatibility with every device, and may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features subject to mandatory law.

Basic and additional features, limits, and access conditions may differ. If Rentix actually offers a paid option, its current price, scope, term, and specific conditions will be published before purchase; those conditions do not concern parking payments, which Rentix does not accept or process.

We may correct errors and update informational records without keeping an earlier version publicly available. Users should retain any copies of their own content and documents that they need unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the Platform and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Rentix gives no contractual warranty of completeness, accuracy, currency, lawfulness, authorization, safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or transaction outcome unless a warranty is expressly published for a specific service.

Rentix is not responsible for user content, decisions or conduct of users or third parties, the actual operation of a parking facility, a property, refused entry, towing, a penalty, a tariff change, a lost transaction, or a payment to a third party unless the loss was caused by Rentix's own breach and the law provides otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentix is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, opportunity, reputation, or data that is not a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of a proven Rentix breach. Any Rentix liability is limited to proven direct loss causally connected to Rentix's own breach unless mandatory law requires more.

The user bears the risk of a decision made without the independent verification required by these Terms. A disclaimer or limitation does not apply to the extent that the law attributes the relevant loss to Rentix's responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Third-party claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, a user must reimburse Rentix for reasonable, documented loss and costs arising from a third-party claim directly caused by unlawful user content, the absence of rights warranted by the user, or a material breach of these Terms. Rentix will give notice of the claim and allow reasonable participation in the defence where practicable.

This obligation does not apply to any amount caused by Rentix's own conduct or breach, does not create liability without fault and causation, and does not restrict mandatory consumer protection.

16. Restriction and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Rentix may restrict a feature, content, or account in response to a Terms violation, a risk to people or the Platform, a legal requirement, an investigation, technical necessity, or discontinuation of a feature, subject to mandatory procedures.

Provisions concerning content rights, liability, third-party claims, governing law, and other matters that by their nature should continue remain effective after termination. Closing an account does not cancel legal obligations that arose earlier.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply regardless of a choice of law. You may first send a complaint to support@rentix.md so that we can try to resolve the matter without court proceedings.

A dispute will be heard by a competent court of the Republic of Moldova. If the user is a consumer, this clause does not deprive them of access to another court or remedy granted by mandatory law and does not restrict the powers of public authorities.

18. Changes, severability, and no waiver

We may amend these Terms as the Platform, risks, or law evolve. The new version is published with an updated date and operates prospectively from the date stated in it or required by law; material changes will be communicated in the manner required by applicable law.

Continued use after a version takes effect constitutes agreement only to the extent permitted by law. A change does not cancel mandatory rights or apply retroactively without a lawful basis.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it applies to the maximum lawful extent or is severed, and the remaining provisions continue unless the law requires otherwise. Rentix's failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.
