The system will rework your entered description — making it more structured, readable, and attractive to potential tenants or buyers.

Add one good photo of each room: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Shoot in daylight, horizontal format, no people in frame. For houses, both interior and exterior photos are needed. Room variety affects your listing's position in search results.

Complete all fields — from area to heating type. Include the full address with house number: listings with a precise address rank higher and appear in location-based searches. The more complete the listing, the better the position.

Add a video walkthrough — it gives a small search boost and helps tenants evaluate the property remotely.

Save the listing as a draft and come back later — useful if you're still gathering photos or clarifying details.
