How to Rank Higher in Search

Add photos of each room: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. The more variety across rooms — the better.

Shoot in daylight, horizontal format, no people in frame. For apartments — interior photos. For houses — both interior and exterior.

Provide the full address: street and house number. When a tenant searches "near Pushkin St." — results are sorted by distance. A listing with a precise address gets an advantage.

Fill in all fields: deposit, prepayment, pets allowed, smoking, heating type. The more complete your listing, the higher it appears in results.

Add a video walkthrough of your apartment or house — it gives a small additional boost in search results.
