Managing Your Listing
Learn how to extend, hide, or close a listing — and what happens when it expires.
Listing Duration
Each listing is active for 30 days. You'll receive a notification 3 days before expiry.
After publishing, your listing appears in search results within a few minutes.
Republish
If the listing has expired or is about to — open it and click "Republish". The listing becomes active again for another 30 days. Free.
Hide Temporarily
Click "Hide announcement" — it disappears from search but isn't deleted. You can reactivate it at any time.
Mark as Rented
Found a tenant or buyer — click "Mark as rented". The listing leaves active search. It can be reactivated later if needed.
Delete a Listing
Click "Delete announcement" — deletion is permanent. For a temporary pause, hiding is better.
